Los Angeles is home to the largest Guatemalan community in the United States. From Westlake and Pico-Union to neighborhoods across the county, Guatemalan culture, food, and family ties run deep in LA. For tens of thousands of Angelenos, Guatemala is not abroad. It is home. The Blanquita Foundation gives that community a trusted bridge to send help back.

Distance makes it hard to know that help actually arrives. That is the problem we solve. With family living and working on the ground in Guatemala, we identify real needs, carry out the work, and send back photos and updates.
